The personal data transmitted to PayPal is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address or other data that is necessary for payment processing. In order to process the purchase contract, personal data related to the respective order (such as number of items, article number, invoice amount and taxes and other invoice information) are also required.

The transmission of your data is necessary for payment processing via PayPal and is used to confirm your identity and to administer your payment order. PayPal may pass on your personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations or the data is processed in the order.
